The Jayda Dionne Parker Scholarship Fund Board of Directors Announces Selection of Ms. Keauna Lenton, 2016-2017 Scholarship Recipient! Ms. Keauna Lenton will be a freshman at Hampton University in the fall of 2016. She's a gifted student, concert performer, free-lance artist and community volunteer who "is not afraid to push herself beyond her comfort zone." Ms. Lenton enjoys working with elementary school age children, connecting with them and sharing their successes. While excelling in academia and community service as a high school student, Ms. Lenton also managed to hold down a part-time job. She gallantly and confidently faces substantial challenges, remaining true to herself. The Jayda Dionne Parker Board of Directors is very pleased to present Ms. Lenton as it’s 2016-17 finalist and humbly recognizes the numerous impressive 2016-17 applicants."
